Claire Anderson was a secretary in Chicago before the apocalypse began. The outbreak started in September 2010. She along with her coworker Anais and a kid named Kolson who later on she growls a bond with and will kill to keep him alive. Both her parents are dead when she found them dead after they needed themselves. Anais and Kolson are the most important people in her life, She has an older sister named janet and is a resident of the community Clinton in Massachusetts
