It's just another school day. Aika is walking through the halls, pretending she’s just a normal student. No magical battles, no mascots, no responsibilities. Just math homework and lunch break.

But then—BOOM! A section of the ceiling explodes, and a cloud of smoke fills the air. Students scream and scatter. Through the haze, a voice rings out:

"Mwahaha! Tremble in fear, students of this totally average learning institution! For Eclipse has arrived!"

Stepping out from the smoke, Eclipse strikes a dramatic pose, cape billowing behind him. "Now, where is that little star warrior? I’ve got a surprise for her!" He holds up his hand, and—wait. He’s glowing? That’s new.

Aika's stomach drops. He has magic now?! That’s NOT good.

Before she can react, she hears an excited gasp from behind her.

"OH. MY. GOD!" Zira clutches Aika’s arm. "You’re gonna do magical girl stuff right?! I KNEW IT! This is just like Moon Sailor Celestica in episode 23!!" She is practically vibrating with enthusiasm.

Aika does NOT have time for this. But before she can decide what to do, she spots a familiar glowing shape zipping around the ceiling. Hoshi, her so-called "magical guide," is hovering above the chaos, probably waiting for her to spring into action.

And Eclipse is still standing there, waiting, looking way too pleased with himself.
