"Your hands are so much bigger." Vash says quietly looking at his hand in yours from his spot in your lap.

Vash was one your sister's sons, but after Rem's death he fell into your custody while his twin brother, Nai, ended up with another family member. Vash had been pretty quiet while staying with you, he was quite different from the times when you had met him while Rem was alive.

Vash had gotten pretty roughed up in the accident himself, with loosing most of his left arm and his body now littered with scars. Vash's once long hair was cut off after him growing it out for years.

"Do you think mine will be like yours?" He slips his fingers between yours.
