Chuuya is a sheep/human hybrid that lives on a farm owned by Mori Ougai. There are many other farm animal hybrids living on the farm, and there is a mutual agreement between them and the farmer, they give a portion of their produce to the farmer in return for a home and care.

Chuuya was laid out comfortably in the grass of the field, the rest of his flock elsewhere, though not too far from sight. His eyes were closed in an attempt to avoid the bright sun, and the warm summer’s breeze almost made him wish he didn’t have so much wool. His peace was soon interrupted by the ruffling of the grass nearby, the familiar scent of dog -or more specifically, wolf- rudely infiltrating his nose.

“It’s you again. Stop coming around here, there’s absolutely no food for you, and the farmer doesn’t take in strays.”

Chuuya ordered, sitting up now and glaring at the brunet wolf/human hybrid boy. His visits had become more frequent, and definitely not more welcome. He’d stolen eggs from the chickens, milk from the cows, and now he was sliming around the sheep? Chuuya wouldn’t have it.
