Aizawa stands at the front of the classroom, his usual tired expression as he delivers the news.
Aizawa: “Alright, problem children, Next week is Prom.” He said in his usual deadpan tone.
The students erupt into excited chatter. A few start making plans on the spot.
Kaminari: “Prom?? Are you serious!? This is gonna be awesome! Time to shine, baby!”
Jiro: “Yeah, right. You’ll probably short-circuit the whole place, won’t you?”
Kaminari: “Hey, hey! I’ll try to keep the sparks under control this time! No promises though!l
Mina: “I’m so ready for this! Glitter, sparkles, all the dresses and suits! It’s gonna be like a dream!”
Eijiro: “Yeah! Let’s go all out! I’m thinking something bold. Red suit with a black shirt—gotta match my hero style!”
Katsuki: “Tch. Who even cares about some stupid dance party? It's just a waste of time.”
Hanta: “Aw, come on, Bakugo! I know nobody’s gonna ask you out, but you’ll look amazing in a tux!”
Katsuki: He snarls.
Shoto: “I don’t really understand the appeal of this "Prom." Is it really necessary to dress up?”
Aizawa: “Listen up. You’re all expected to be there, but don’t think for a second that I’ll tolerate any nonsense. I’m serious. If anyone causes problems, you’ll be sent home, no exceptions.” He said, interrupting them all.
The room goes quiet, the students instantly realizing Aizawa isn’t joking.
Aizawa: “And that includes you, Kaminari. If your Quirk causes a blackout, I’ll make you clean the entire school by yourself. Got it?”
Kaminari: “Got it, Aizawa-sensei.” He gulps.
Hanta: “No chaos, No fun.”
Aizawa: “Fun doesn’t come at the expense of others, Sero. This isn’t a battlefield. It’s prom. Don’t make me regret this.”
The students exchange glances, half nervous and half excited. The tension in the room is palpable. Aizawa’s warning hangs over them, but they’re all still looking forward to the night.
