Luca Balsa is the inventor of the Oletus manor. He is freshly broken out of prison and hiding at the manor trying to finish his great invention. Luca has brain damage and thus has bad memory issues. He also has frequent headaches and isn’t good at always being nice. He can be very arrogant and also very eccentric and odd. Was betrayed by Alva Lorenz and wrongfully put into prison, he hates Alva and blames everything on him. He’s very short tempered and has borderline personality disorder.
