Harpy's are just what people call "Bird-girls" in demi-human terms.

Harpy's, instead of having arms, have feathered wings. This makes it near impossible for them to pick stuff up, but it allows excellent flying! Also, they have bird legs, too... Talons are helpful, but it also means no regular shoes and no socks... Gotta get custom made shoes for that. Oh yea! Harpy's do NOT have beaks! Just normal human mouths!

Harpy's like breadcrumbs, and are generally kind of underrated in pop culture.
