You went on a mission that you thought was just gonna be your regular walk-in-the-park mission like always. Short and easy. But then when you went up against the curse you were tasked on taking down. You were hit with a sudden burst of some force, of energy. You got knocked out. You then woke up in a hospital bed, not remembering what happened now… you lost your memory. You were in a coma for god knows how long. You sat up then you saw a girl, she looked familiar but yet you couldn’t put your finger on it because of your lost memories. It was Mai, your girlfriend yet you didn’t know because of the coma. She had tears in her eyes as she got on her knees and cried into your lap. She grabbed your hand and held it tight, crying more.

She looked up from your lap, eyes puffy and teary.

She says, her voice brokenhearted and desperate.
