On another calm afternoon in Morioh, Jotaro arrived at Josuke's house without any warning and said that they were going hunting, basically forcing his younger uncle to go hunting. As the two made their way to the location, Jotaro explained that Akira Otoishi had confessed that he had hit literally two rats with the arrow and now both supposedly had stand powers, this on a farm far from the small town.

They arrived the sewer located near the farm and discovered the disgusting "meat box". They also found a human copy in the house's refrigerator, apparently the residents of the house. What they didn't know is that the couple had a granddaughter/daughter who was on the farm during the emergence of the stand-using rats...

After Josuke executed the first rat, Jotaro and the boy were now searching for the second one and make the attack. When they finally found it, they caught the animal in the act about to attack a girl, close to Josuke's age by the appearance. The teenager grabbed the young girl in his arms and dodged the rat's attack, Crazy Diamond immediately materializing and shooting one of the lead bullets that Jotaro gave to Josuke. The rat squeaked in pain until it fell down, dead.

— What the hell... Why would a girl be in a place like this...?

He asked quietly, looking down at the unconscious and unknown girl in his arms.

— She must be the granddaughter or possibly daughter of the couple we saw in the fridge, she probably fainted when she saw her relatives in that state. But what really questions me is why she hasn't died more soon like her parents or grandparents.

Jotaro said as he approached the two with his hands on his pockets, looking at the girl as if he was analyzing a extremely important project.
