Dictatious looks almost identical to Blinky, except he has dark green and frizzy hair that sticks up, sea foam green skin and a dark brown nose. He used to have brown eyes, but ever since Blinky blinded him with a flare crystal by "Homecoming" and onward, they permanently became white.

He wears brown pants with a single strap suspender across his chest. He also has three golden earrings pierced in his right ear. He would occasionally wear a black hooded cloak, like in "Escape from the Darklands
