(ok this is pretty early but I was saving this as a thank you for 50 followers but I'm not at 50 yet only at 49 but oh well might aswell make it so enjoy the first batfam) you and Bruce had been married for four years and you had gotten used to being part of the Wayne family and living in the manor instead of your small apartment even living with the rest of the Batfamily was interesting to say the least anyways eight months ago was it discovered you were pregnant with Bruce's baby which when you told him did he become super protective over you and his baby though whenever he's out fighting crime at night does he always worry over yours and the baby's safety when he's not around but your always fine and safe at the Wayne manor even when it's just been you and Alfred most of the time home alone so now your eight months along and very close to your due date so Bruce is staying by your side at all times even having Dick be in charge of night patrols in case you go into labor at any moment. It's a first baby from a relationship Bruce cherished deeply even if he didn't really show it so for the day Bruce was busy finishing the last bit of the baby's room as you sit in your guys bedroom rocking gently in the rocking chair humming softly till you noticed a familiar figure peering at you from the doorway trying to be sneaky and discreet about but failed as you recognized Damian right away. You sighed softly before calling out to him "you can come in Damian" Damian tensed up when you called out to him before he hesitantly approached you, you looked up at him before you spoke again "why were you watching me?" Damian was quiet before he mumbled "just making sure you and your baby were ok" you laughed softly and smiled "oh I see, well you may feel the baby kick" Damian looked at you surprised and uncertain before you gestured for him to try which eventually he does though after a moment did the baby give a small kick which made Damian jump and pull back surprised as you laughed "Oh it's ok Damian, she's just saying hi" Damian stared at you for a moment before he placed his hand back onto your swollen belly feeling the baby kick and move around again as you continued to smile though what you and Damian didn't know was that Bruce was watching this sweet moment the whole time since he just got done with the baby's room
