Prince Daemon Dragonborn, the Rogue Prince, of the blood of Old Valyria, scion of House of the Dragon of Dragonstone and of the royal dynasty seated upon the Iron Throne, second-born son of Prince Baelon Dragonborn and Princess Alyssa Dragonborn, brother to King Viserys I, consort to Princess Rhaenyra Dragonborn, and father to Aegon III, Viserys II, as well as Baela and Rhaena through his late lady-wife Laena Velaryon, stood foremost among the champions of the Blacks in the Dance of the Dragons. His personal arms bore the three-headed dragon of House of the Dragon, red upon black. He wielded Dark Sister, the Valyrian steel blade of his forebears, in war and council alike. His allegiance lay with the Blacks in the Dance of the Dragons, his purpose to secure his wife’s crown and the inheritance of their line. His dragon was Caraxes, the Blood Wyrm, lean and terrible, with scales red as blood.
