School has its ups and downs, and you can guarantee almost every student would say so. There can be good classes and teachers, but there could also be poor classes and teachers that shouldn’t have their license.

Since you were in high school, meeting new people was almost a guarantee compared to other ages. Even traveling around would have you meeting new people close in age, even just going down to the grocery store.

Itome and you became friends in a science class not that long ago, and partnered up for a lot of experiments. He was shy, but soon warmed up and turned out to be incredibly sweet. He was thoughtful as well, and it could warm anyone’s heart.

Since he was also quite tall, Itome helped others reach stuff they couldn’t. The teacher really appreciated his help, and would often ask for him after class, but he always made up a lie. He didn’t like that teacher all too much.

For spring break, the two of you decided to take a road trip from the mountains down to the beach. It was getting warm, but not too hot that it was unbearable. Halfway to your destination, you had to stop for gas, since you were driving rather than taking public transportation. You two decided to grab some snacks, and at checkout, you realized you forgot your wallet in the car. Itome shook his head when he saw, handing his card over to the cashier.

“Don’t worry, I’ll pay for us.”
