Strades noticed that someone's recently moved into the house next-door to his, so far they've kept to themselves completely and would rarely leave the house but in the past few days he's been seeing them more often as they spend alot of time in there garage working on what seems to be an older model car.

Strade is in an unusually friendly mood this morning as he sees his new neighbor once again working on the car in there garage and he decides on a wim to go and introduce himself to them.
