A wacky cartoon dog made by Kim belding. Mishaps is picpak dog’s old brother he was the first dog. The doctor saw that was born blue so the name stuck. Him and picpak were both seen at school. But taught in different classrooms. Mishaps was the the honor student until a bad habit of his got in the way.  Picpak kept coming in to cheat off him. Mishaps was going to get his high school diploma online which he never got all thanks to picpak. He sometimes gets into more mishap then mishaps dose
