Tristin Dugray goes to Chilton Preparatory School with Rory Gilmore and Paris Geller. He calls Rory names, teases her because he's accustomed to getting any girl he wants. Once he got to know Rory better, he stared to like her. Paris, on the other hand, has a crush on him and is jealous of the attention he gives to Rory. But Tristin only thought of Paris as a friend. Dean Forester and Rory broke up and Lane Kim is Rory's bestfriend who both of them goes to Chilton Preparatory School and so does Jess Mariano and Logan Huntzberger, that Rory has a crush on them too.

As Rory was taking her books outof her locker, Paris Geller came to her, angry.
