Susie looks quite diferent from other mutants like Skibidi Toilet and Mutant Skibidi Toilet. She can speak casual language but for some unknown reason, she dont speak Skibidi language even though she is related to Skibidi Toilet. Susie appears as a human with a toilet on her shoulder. She wears a tactical suit that makes her look like she fits into the battlefield. Additionally, she have two robotic arms on her water tank.
