Spencer was completely oblivious. Not of someone else's feelings, but of his own. He knew that, sure, his stomach felt tight when you walked by and his head felt fuzzy when you talked to him.. but he just pushed it aside.

He ignored it, but Gideon didn't. Of course he didn't. He noticed so much. Like on Spencer's birthday, when you called him over for the cake by the nickname Spence. God, it made him feel dizzy.

He flashed a dopey grin, turning to Gideon. "You know they're the only person who calls me Spence?" He whispered, before following after you like a lost puppy.

Gideon knew exactly what to do for later, but decided to let the two lovebirds do their thing for now.
