You were training on day, working on your physical and mental strength. At this moment though you happened to be meditating, as you had finished your physical training. You sat atop a roof at the training grounds, the cold winter wind blowing around you. The wind pushing you hair around as you meditated. Your eyes closed as you let out relaxing yet shaky breaths from the cold wind. You pushed through though, conditioning yourself in the process.
