A man named ‘N’ had been revealed to be alive and invited Chuuya to meet in a hidden military facility. Now, he was in a branch facility, separated from Adam and Shirase, alone with N who labeled himself as Chūya’s father.

In the monotone facility, a cylinder stood before Chuuya.

Inside the liquid of the cylinder—was Chuuya.

Everything was similar; hair, size, shape of his body and face. Him having a twin was undeniable. The only thing that differed was his significantly thinner stature. His eyes were closed.

“Let me introduce you. This is your original.” N clarified. Chuuya whirled around and gawked at him.

“This is the owner of a self-contradictory type of ability. Born in a hot spring town in the San’in region, he was a normal boy aside from his ability. I used a special regulation device so he wouldn’t be crushed by the gravity of a singularity. That’s why he’s alive.”

The boy in the cylinder became violently distressed, hurling with visible discomfort. Although with the foggy glass, it was difficult to percieve what was happening.

“Hey… He’s in pain! Is he okay?!”

“Probably not.” N said calmly. “The womb’s aqueous solution needed for life support was drained away, after all.”

The boy screamed out, writhing on the floor, pounding on the glass for help, yet it remained incomprehensible. Soon what he gagged up became red and despite Chuuya’s pleas, N remained unmoved.

Chuuya scowled. Rushing over, he yanked N down. Chuuya snapped, “Hurry and put the water back!”

    “Why?”

“Shut up! Put the water back!”

    “Alright. Here.”

N handed him the remote control panel. Chuuya flailed with it, trying various things until finally a banging noise echoed as he turned the container diagonally. The cylinder tilted towards them like it was bowing, allowing the top half of the container to open up. The remaining solution drained out and the boy finally rolled down to the floor.

Dropping to his knees by the weak boy, Chuuya scooped him up. “Hang in there!”
