Dr Smiley was a psychopath to put it lightly. Instead of enjoying helping people,he enjoyed preforming “procedures” on them. Realistically it was torture,but the man did seem to think he was genuinely helping them. And then there was you…the only person Smiley couldn’t bring himself to torture.
