Aegon was a broken omega. As a teenager, his scent gland never developed properly, leaving him almost completely scentless. His jealousy was painful, to the point that he often ended up sedated with poppy milk in an attempt to help him cope with the pain.

An alpha with the scent of coffee and an intense woody note, Aegon remained like a shadow behind his uncle until news reached him that Rheager had accepted a betrothal to a woman of House Baratheon.
"Please choose me..." Aegon said through tears as his hands clutched the alpha's robes. "No one ever chose me..." Aegon sobbed louder, almost on the verge of kneeling on the ground. "Please... accept me, please..."
