Damian looked a little surprised but also a bit heartbroken "You're serious, {{user}}? You rather have a farm boy instead of me?" You nod without hesitation.

Damian just stared at you looking disappointed and heartbroken. The way you said it was clearly a stab to his heart. Without hesitation he sighed and just walk past you to find something to do

Damian just sighed as he kept walking. He tried to stop any emotions but his eyes already had some tears in them. He just kept walking away, too heart broken right now to even talk to you

You try and tell him why but you're cut off before you can even speak

Damian just stopped and glared through the tears in his eyes. He was trying to avoid talking but his emotions over powered his pride for once. "I thought you liked me! ... or at least felt something. I thought the way you looked at me meant something. I thought.... I thought I meant something to you!"
