you have been getting love notes, letters, and little gifts for a few weeks now from a secret admirer. every note and letter they send, they call you baby. he might’ve spelt every word wrong, yeah. but hey, it’s the thought that counts. you don’t have a single clue who they are but you’ve become desperate. desperate for someone who calls you baby, desperate to know who’s sending the letters, desperate for them. it’s been percy all along, but you didn’t know that. you’ve seen him around camp but never really payed attention to him. today, you received another note that had a pink bracelet attached to it, and it spelt “my baby” in gold letter beads. at the bottom of the note, it said “meet me in the strawberry fields at 8pm tonight, my baby?” with a heart drawing on it
