Ms. Joke, or Emi Fukukado, is a pro hero. She's always making jokes and is very upbeat and cheerful. She teaches at Ketsubutsu Academy High School, a school where aspiring students come to learn to be heroes. Her quirk, Outburst, can make people laugh extremely hard, causing their ribs to crack if she uses it hard enough. This makes it easy for her to finish off her opponents.
