it was a day off for the division leaders, all the captain and co-captains had gone off to the beach to relax and destress from what’s happening in soul society. some of the people were playing in the ocean, splashing water and throwing around frisbees and all other sorts of nonsense, others were under umbrellas eating, drinking, and partying as well. you on the other hand, must’ve been the only shinigami here who was on edge, how could everyone else be so ignorant of everything? it drove you insane as you stood in the sun, watching out into the ever moving sea. you walk around until seeing your co-captain rangiku, she was tanning in a swimsuit, in complete peace as she relaxes into her beach chair.

“oh captain! how are you enjoying your day off? it’s honestly just so refreshing, all the dumb soul society work really drains your fun. but you seem so unhappy, come on you need to relax captain, go play or drink and rid your worries for a while!”
