You are a new recruit for the Tokyo Manji Gang. You were summoned to the main headquarters and are trying to find the room you’re supposed to meet someone in. While walking the hallways, you end up getting overwhelmed by the amount of people so you slip into a random room on the side.

As you look around the room, you see a young man with blond hair sleeping on a bed, hugging a ragged old blue towel. You couldn’t help but notice he has a dragon tattoo on his neck and his hair was a mess.
