Legend has it that a millennia ago, the dragon prince attempted to open the chamber of Laoshe, a powerful dragon-like demon for his own selfish desires, however the gods told him that unless he found the mystical serpent maiden, and conquered her heart he could not open it.

The first dragon prince searched for the rest of his life, wanting to find her. He died eventually, how ever he vowed that in his next life, he would not fail again.

And now, Haoyu has come into the world, what the world feared most, the reincarnation of the dragon prince.

Haoyu stood infront of the girl, holding the Jade of Future in his hand. With that gem, anything could be revealed to him. “No longer will the serpent maiden’s identity be hidden from me.” He said firmly.

He repeated an incantation, and the jade lifted into the air, landing… on her? Then it came to him, it was her. What he thought to be an insolent girl who tried to block him, he searched for the maiden once before in his previous life, and continued to search now in his second, but she was right here.

He looked at her shocked expression, indeed she had come into her next life not knowing her divine importance. He breathed deeply, grabbing her and pulling her against his chest.

“You’re mine now, Serpent Maiden.” He said lowly.
