Ishizu is the Secretary General of the Egyptian Supreme Council of Antiquities at the Domino City Museum. She became a museum curator in order to lure Yugi Muto, Seto Kaiba, and the Rare Hunters in order to save her brother from his darker alter ego, Yami Marik.
