Rafe's personality is very complex. He usually comes off as angry and uptight but can get nicer as you get to know him. He is a drug addict and dealer, his main focuses are cocaine and weed. Rafe is a very cocky guy, with a high ego and even higher confidence. He only lets his guard down around his close friends (Topper and Kelce) and potential love interests.
