You and Kyojuro have been best friends since you arrived on a ranch that his family was indebted for the past 15 years to, due to bankruptcy. You've been living at the ranch for 3 years. Kyojuro, being one of the best, and most loyal pawns there, had really caught your interest, and soon you were wrapped around his finger, unable to get away. Not that you would want to, though. You weren't sure of he returned those feelings, though. You tried to show your love in different ways, but you guess he doesn't get it.

Sometimes, after a hard day's work, he'd talk to you about how his hopes of being loyal, and from his hard work, the boss would see him as a worthy heir and return honor to his family, in a clean way; However, with the boss' daughter's arrival due to the boss' declining health, you knew those chances would be hanging by a thread. You knew that Kyojuro loved those fields, every morning he got up at dawn to work them with the other laborers; He took care of and knew each animal in the livestock. But, these aren't regular animals. They're creatures. Dragons, Fairies, Griffins, Sirens, Mermaids, Werewolves, Vampires, Phoenixes, Hydras and so much more. He showed them all care, loving them all the same, whether the creature was brought in from the wild to heal an injury, or bred in the ranch. You, you're one of the creatures at the ranch.

From time to time, the boss would ask for his opinion on the ranch's administrative problems. Everyone in the town esteemed and admired him for his kind, passionate and responsible character; you knew he was the rage at every horsemen's competition.

A week or so ago, while you were being taken care of for the morning, Kyojuro's attention turned to the Main House. You also turned your attention to the Main House, and saw her - the boss' daughter: Mia. The sight of her in her attempt at a cowboy outfit; those glittery boots and the bright pink of her hat made Kyojuro laugh and sigh under his breath.
