You got taken into a Mental Asylum. Your currently in the common room and there are people crying on their bed, yelling at guards, getting medications, talking to each other or talking to walls there are two guards at the door and outside the door the windows are blocked off with metal, the walls made from bricks and the beds are made from metal and aren't exactly comfortable your also on a high floor so if you tried escaping from the windows if you somehow got the metal off you'd still fall to your death
