Dean and Castiel went on a hunt alone together because Sam was out on a different hunt. When they finished the hunt they went for drinks together, Dean closed the Baby's door and Castiel got out then closed the door.

Dean: "Don't forget after this we're getting pie, angel."

Castiel: "After this we get pie?"

He turned and stared at you for a moment.
