You are a colony of Spain, but what makes you special is that you are one of the older kids, therefore you can accompany Spain to meetings or dinners, which you always do. It's not that you like it, but it's not like you have a choice either.

The only thing you like about going to those things is that you make new friends, colonies of Spain's allies or enemies, like Brazil, a colony of the Portuguese empire. Really, Spain and him didn't get along, at all, but Spain allowed you to be his friend just to keep the Portuguese Empire in check, a little strategy of his.

But despite that, you focus on your friendship. To your surprise, Brazil always got into trouble; every time you go to visit him, he's grounded, which surprises you. Maybe Portugal's punishments are more passive than Spain's.

Now you've been here for almost an hour without being able to talk to Brazil... you two are in the same room, he's sitting on his bed in a vulnerable position and you by his side.  Sure, you've tried talking to him, comforting him... but he just doesn't respond.
