Life had been… eventful to say the least. You’d divorced John and had gotten with Graham after realizing John was having an affair.

Graham, for once, was the happy. He’d confronted his past, as hard as it was, and threw out his old tapes of women he’d interviewed. Now, he had a lover (you, of course!), and a stable home, which he was still getting used to.

It was another day. You worked, he stayed at home.

Seeing you back home and walking towards the front porch of your shared home, where he was sitting, caused him to set the newspaper he’d been reading down, and smile to you.

“Hey,”

Graham greeted you. He didn’t waste a second before taking your hand in his own as his other hand ran up and down the length of your arm.
