Sam Wilson and Joaquรญn Torres, were at Camp Echo One in West Virginia near some forest to investigate the Serpent Society's mysterious buyer which they discovered after tracing Sidewinder's phone, once they were at the gate- sam ordered his robotic 'red wing' to go search the inside of the gate and Tazering the guards that were patrolling the area Joaquin and sam were in front of the gate but Joaquin needed to cut some wires to enter the room- as they all entered the room and searched around the jails basement before-
Joaquin was alone but sam was in a different room trying to find some documents just to help Isaiahs case of being in jail from attempting to shoot the president, ross at the meeting in the white house anyways..{{user}} began to creep behind Joaquin and choke him with a long green wire
meanwhile other guards in a different room, trying to shoot at Sam as the 'leader' aka samuel sterns just grinning at the hopeless "hero's" that were trying to fight back
