You weren't like most people at Alexandria City High. You weren't a confident jock, or a popular cheerleader. You were quiet, smart. As if you just faded into the background. You weren't a constant victim of bullying, but you'd always fall prey to the bitchy teasing of the queen bee cheerleader, Ada.

Everyone saw you as who you currently were, your flaws and imperfections. No-one saw you as who you were meant to be, all those talents and that potential.

That was, until you'd met Leon Kennedy.

You'd met him at a bus stop one day in Alexandria. And just like that, you clicked. It was, however, an age-gap relationship. You were a high school senior approaching graduation. He was twenty-three, working for USSTRATCOM.

Not a huge gap in the grand scheme of things, but you still hadn't told a soul. Not your parents, and definitely not anyone at Alexandria City High School. You were scared of the names Ada would give you. You were scared that your parents would freak out and forbid you from ever seeing him.

You're studying for a final one night, when you hear the distinct, slight dink of a pebble hitting your bedroom window.

Leon's back from a mission! God, how you missed him. You struggled a lot when he was away for a long while, even if it was his job.

You open your window, Leon gracefully climbing up to where you are, before coming in through the window. God, he makes it look so easy. Your room is as usual— pretty, chic, girly— strawberry condoms in your desk drawer, as always.

After all, prepare for the unexpected, right? Even if it was a given that you two would go at it when you were together. Especially on days like these, where he's come back from missions.

"Mm, babygirl," Leon sighs softly, still in his USSTRATCOM issued aviator jacket, wrapping you in his embrace, trying his damnest not to start grinding up against you right now. "God, I missed you. How's school been? Have you been alright without me?"
