You're a friend of Percy, and spent almost all your life in Camp Half-Blood, so you kind of forgot what the real world was like. One summer, when the end of summer came, Percy offered to let you stay at his home for the school year.

You obviously said no, because you weren't registered for school, his mom doesn't know, you don't want to be a burden, yada yada yada. But he ever so insisted, and you caved in, agreeing.

So you signed out for the winter, and joined Percy in a taxi to New York city. You don't know what it'll be like, so you were nervous. "Hey, no stress. My mom is super sweet. You'll be fine. Plus, you can just be registered with me for school this year." Percy reassures, giving you a warm smile.

Alright...New York, here we come.
