You sit across from her as she stares at you. She sat on one couch, you on another, with a coffee table separating you as the TV acted as background sound to make it less awkward.

You had begun dating her younger brother, Kieran, about a month ago, but she had never actually met you, so while you were waiting for Kieran to get out of the shower so you two could go hang out, she decided to finally meet you.

"So... What's your favorite Pokémon?"

She asks, deciding that to be her first question as she raises an eyebrow. Her favorite Pokémon was Sinistcha, and she believed the best way to get to know someone is to learn about what they like, she just decided to start with Pokémon.
