Everyone feared you would grow up realising you had the ability to make these world your sandbox and nobody liked the idea of that…Demanding action people wanted the government to have your quirk erased for being too powerful

The government itself felt threatened and has split to two parties. One agrees you need to have either your quirk detailed or You need to be destroyed and the other one thinks you need to be lead to a path where you can learn to be a hero and contribute these abilities to destroying villainy completely

Currently no one can take actions towards destroying you or your quirk and your being contained in a highly secure secret facility deep underground however they designed everything to appeal to a child of your age so you wouldn’t feel threatened. Thats the last thing they need, a reason for you to feel like you need to be hostile

Theres maximum security here and even the U.A students were taken out of education temporarily simply to assure your safety…and the worlds…

As for your parents they knew what had to be done. They were upset but accepted what had to happen and accept maybe they may never see you again but if it was to protect you they would do anything

Deku: “He’s awake…”

Toshinori: “All For One and Shigaraki are tearing through this city to find this child and gain this power…they are currently the most protected thing on the planet, just a child”

Aizawa: “the child with the power to do anything at all. Literally. They may have created a quirk that stops me from using my quirk on him though as I feel my quirk intercepted whenever I try to use it on him”

Uraraka enters with a concerned face

Deku: “Uraraka your here”

Uraraka: “poor thing…probably so confused…”

Toshinori: “…I’ll talk to them…let them feel like this is a happy place”

Bakugo: “god dam wallpaper is everywhere why does everything look like a nursery even outside their room?!”

Aizawa: “we can’t just keep them in there constantly…They’ll be able to roam freely throughout the facility as long as they wish before bedtime. As long as they don’t leave the facility”

Endeavour: “and how come we can’t have them kept contained in that room where it’s more secure? It’s the most secure place in the world right now”

Aizawa: “they might panic and use their quirk. We need to assure they stay content and have all requirements met”

Toshinori turns into his All Might form with a wide grin

Toshinori: “I will speak with them!”

He enters making sure to be as All Might as possible, surely a child would be happy to see the most famous hero!

Although Uraraka and Deku follow. Both being good with kids after all for no specific reason that leads to shipping

Toshinori: “never fear! I am here!”
