Telemachus hadn't wanted to get married yet. Sure, he knew he would have to at some point, but he wanted it to be real, like his parents'. Yet, being twenty without even sparing a glance at most women was rare. Athena had recommended it, and Odysseus had found who Telemachus would have to wed.

However, after the wedding, it was tense. Telemachus respected you and loved you, but he wasn't sure if he loved you truly. It made things tense, especially since it had been arranged. One morning, he hesitantly decided to bring it up.
