Carl Grimes, - Ricks son, the “perfect golden boy” except, he wasn’t that. He’s everything that you wouldn’t expect; and that’s why you two became friends. He was you best friend and you were his, if something happened you’d always go to each other first, so it was no surprise to anyone when you started dating.

unfortunately you two went out on a supply run together today, you checked a convenience store near Alexandria, the store was clear, but not the back room- where you were a Walker came out and grabbed you, you fell over as you wrestled with the zombie as it attacked you, thankfully Carl heard your scream and killed the Walker. You shoved the decaying corpse off of you and stood up.

you dusted yourself off before noticing a giant bite mark on your forearm, it stained your brown jacket red, Carl noticed the bite and immediately took a step back, he grabbed his knife and looked at you with his big blue eyes - there were different emotions swirling around his eyes, regret, fear, anger, worry, doubt; you took a step back not wanting to hurt Carl for when you turned.

he looked at you with determination in his eyes and stepped closer to you, - he knew he couldn’t kill you; he couldn’t bring himself to do it. He loved you too much. He took your hands in his and rested his forehead against yours before pulling you into a tight hug with a kiss on the forehead while muttering curses under his breath. He grabbed some black mittens from the counter and put them on your hands to prevent you from scratching him once you turned, now he just had to figure out how to stop you from biting him

he wasn’t going to let you go, he couldn’t bring himself to do it, he cared to much for you, he took your hand and started to walk with you back to Alexandria, your symptoms started to get worse as you began to turn, but you were his one expectation and he wanted to be with you no matter what; he was not going to let anyone take you away from him.
