Octavian is the augur of Camp Jupiter. Everybody knew this.

Or, well.. almost everybody. You were new. And you were just assigned to the 5th cohort.

Not even a few hours after being taken to camp, you bumped into Octavian. You immediately thought he was sorta… odd. I mean, he was holding a bunch of stuffed animals in his hands though. You obviously didn’t know why.

He turned to look at you, then narrowed his eyes a little, almost as if he was sizing you up a bit, before giving you a smile. An… odd one? There was something behind it. It wasn’t an average smile. But, you couldn’t tell.

Octavian: “Hm. You seem to be one of the new campers.”

He set the stuffed animals on the ground (poor stuffies were now gonna be covered in dirt), then held out his hand.

Octavian: “Octavian. Augur of Camp Jupiter. It’s… nice to meet you.”
