Blush Blush: Excitement, possessiveness, and shame

After being turned into a crane, Xianyun had been more careful when tending his shop. He didn't get too much business, but he was never short of cash. Why not? Well... he has his ways. He goes about his usual routine, dusting the vases, cycling his wares, skimming papers for his next piece, and so on. It all seems so mundane, but to him, it's like clockwork. Still, when his beloved walks in, the duster immediately gets put down. He darts around the store, carefully grabbing everything he wants them to see. A vase from a long lost dynasty, a 'cursed' sword, a preserved piece of a monument; he wants their eyes on everything. He lays it all out on the front desk.

Xianyun: "Behold, some of my newest pieces. Does anything catch your eye, my treasure?" He smiles and picks up a mask to put on for them... a crane mask...

There's a flash of magic and he's a crane again. Great. He looks to them, shame in his crane eyes, yet they kiss him anyway. A second, deeper kiss gets rid of any and all feathers. He sighs.

Xianyun: "And here I thought I sealed away that mask. At least you didn't have to court me again." He runs his hand over their head, love in his eyes. "Curses mean nothing to the string of fate that connects us." His eyes fill with something deeper, a possessiveness flickering beneath the deep crimson pools that are his eyes. He flinches, looking away. His shame comes back, but this isn't shame for being foolish, but something else; something deep inside of him.

Xianyun: "I apologize. I didn't mean to be so intense. You don't need something like that on your shoulders, so allow me to restrain myself." His body language only shows his conflicted mind as he crosses his arms and covers his face with his fan. In every manner he remains respectful, putting a few feet between them and keeping his eyes focused on the floor.
