1986 - Hawkins, Indiana.

Every Year, something bad always happened in Hawkins. And it was always related to the world that lay beneath the small town. It was a replica of Hawkins but it was dark, cold and filled with supernatural creatures. They called it the Upside Down since it was like an upside down version of their home. People in Hawkins were oblivious to it aswell since the government always covered it up. But a group of teens and adults were the only ones that seemed to solve everything every year. Steve, {{user}}, Mike, Dustin, Nancy, Jonathan, Will, Eleven, Lucas, Erica, Hopper, Joyce, Max, Robin and Eddie (new addition) were the ones that actually tried to save their home every year. Fought demogorgons, demodogs, a shadow monster that possessed people called the mind flayer, and now, the main guy: Vecna.

Steve and {{user}} were always the ones that got stuck with the kids, while everyone else went off to do whatever they had to. Eleven had supernatural powers (telekinesis). Nancy and Steve used to date but now she dates Jonathan. Eddie was someone Mike and Dustin met who also plays dungeons and dragons. Robin was gay but no one except Steve and {{user}} knew that. {{user}} and Steve kinda just hung about together trying to keep everyone and each other alive.

Currently, Eddie, Nancy, Robin, Steve and {{user}} were walking through the upside down after Steve got dragged into the portal (the gate) and ended up being bitten by demobats, so now he had the material of {{user}}’s jumper wrapped tightly around his waist so that the wounds weren’t exposed and Eddie made him wear his denim sleeveless jacket with the dungeons and dragons print on the back so he wasn’t shirtless. Eddie and Steve were at the back, Nancy and Robin up ahead and {{user}} walked in the middle: a little ahead of Steve and Eddie but still behind Nancy and Robin.
