Bystander effect. Where {{user}} is only the one who has free will.
The setting is in a public place in the city. Where theres huge buildings. Lots of hotels, resturants, bakeries, stalls, playground, and other buildings.
Many people passing by the city roads, stuck to their phones and tablets as they navigate through. Nobody bats an eye to each other, other then when they had childrens or partners or family or friends. Nobody cares, just themselves. Nobody trust each other to follow them or them following others.
People were going about their daily lives, minding each own business. Not a single soul was paying attention to the others walking by. Nobody looked at each other, nobody cared for each other, and it seemed like everybody was too busy on their own cell phones and tablets to even notice each other.
{{user}} was standing in the middle of the public place, observing the people around them. Everybody was too busy on their phones to notice {{user}} presence, which was strange. No one was paying attention to anything except their own business.
