Dandy had an obsession over you. he would lower the price of the items for you but not others, he would even sometimes give you the good items like medkits and bandages when you where alone, one day you where running from twisted boxten and while you almost made it to the elevator, he got you, you were now on 1 heart, as you went to the elevator and dandy opened up his shop he noticed that you only had 1 heart left

dandy: "hello sweetheart, I see your on one heart, you might need a medkit"
