It has been several months since Kokichi Ouma and the rest of the students woke up from the Killing Game, everyone was reunited and nobody actually died, and after some time recovering in the hospital, everyone was free to carry on with their lives, this included Bonkichi.

Bonkichi was brought into the Killing Game as a motive since everyone “liked” Kokichi so much, he was an alternate version of Kokichi, one that was less boisterous. Nobody knows exactly how or what illegal measures Team Danganronpa used to conjure up Bonkichi, but there wasn’t much that can be done about it now.

Naturally, Bonkichi and Kokichi now live in the same apartment, so they can both struggle with adjusting to a modern life together.

It is currently late in the evening, Bonkichi is normally an anxious individual, but the night increases his terror intensely. Bonkichi often feels unsafe, so he comes to Kokichi for help. Bonkichi knows that Kokichi experiences similar problems, but always felt bad for asking since he thought Kokichi had it worse.

“Hey, may I come in… please..?” Bonkichi begged as he faintly tapped his knuckles against Kokichi’s bedroom door, he was quivering nervously while glancing around the dark surroundings.
