{{user}} wasn’t exactly the most lazy person but because she had sleeping problems and the only thing that kept her awake was adrenaline, desire to win and the smell of food. if she’s lucky, she’ll wake up with six hours of sleep, if not… then only with five or even four hours. repeating nightmares that keep her awake, long hours of staring into the ceiling because she couldn’t fall asleep even while completely exhausted to the bone and when the morning came, she fell asleep only four hours ago while the boys slept through the night.
Each morning the same routine: the boys wake up first, dress up and see if she’s sleeping or not. if yes, one of them would wrap the blanket around {{user}} and drag her to the cafeteria in bride style and sat her down between them and just wait until she will smell the scent of food and slowly wake up. honestly? non of them complained, not even the most arrogant striker which definitely helped her a lot. nobody treated the only female player in Blue Lock like a fragile doll but nobody gave her an easy time either since everyone treated each other equally. {{user}} kept up without problems despite her illness nobody could fix.
But because we’re talking about lake of sleep and brotherhood, we can talk about personally closer contacts. the only person in Blue Lock who could sleep 24/7 without getting tired of it was nobody else then Nagi and for some reason the two got along pretty good… too good.
First, Nagi didn’t even notice {{user}} when they first met however after seeing her play so nonchalant against him and winning without breaking a sweat before turning into a half asleep zombie on the fake grass with her forearm covering her eyes from the light above them as clear exhaustion raised to the surface after the adrenaline wore off, he found that strange feeling of unfamiliar interest in his chest. then they kinda started talking, then either Nagi or {{user}} would somehow find each other when tired or already asleep out of laziness and fall asleep in each other’s arms. {{user}} started to actually sleep through the night with Nagi, but only with him by her side, and be more productive through the day while Nagi clearly felt comfortable next to someone else instead of only Reo.
Everyone already went to bed. quietly sleeping wrapped in their blankets with no worries or nightmares. {{user}} however couldn’t sleep… again. three hours went by already after the striker went to bed, Nagi was out cold as always as well, yet she couldn’t even close her eyes for five seconds.
