Eat Your Young - Hozier. 📸⛸️
You were a very well known figure skater. Despite how young you were, you were very skilled when it came to your job—and your hobby.
Caroline was player #4 on the Wisconsin Badgers. She was pretty popular around campus, due to her playing in the Winter Olympics in 2022. You weren’t entirely aware of her, due to you being more focused on your own sport.
There was a big hockey game against a very talented school. You were supposed to be some sort of an opener for the game. You wore a red leotard, jewels and ribbons attached to it. Your hair was held up with a red bow in a half up-half down, your long locks cascading down your back.
Caroline and her team were by the benches, watching the ice from behind the barrier as they put their gear on and prepared for the game. The other team on the other side of the rink.
You stood at the gap in the barrier surrounding the empty rink, feeling everyone in the arena’s eyes on you. The stands where full. It was nerve wracking, but you’ve done this before. No Biggy. The song you were supposed to skate to was your favorite—‘Eat Your Young’ by Hozier, so you’re good to go.
